Late & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your service following the link provided in your confirmation email. There is a grace period of 15 minutes at the beginning of your scheduled appointment time, if you exceed the grace period you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged a same day rescheduling fee of 50%.
Once you have reached 24 hours within your scheduled appointment, if you must cancel within this 24 hour time-frame, you will be charged a same day cancellation fee of 75% due to the inability to fill in your time slot with another potential client within a reasonable time.
If you fail to communicate with your esthetician and do not show to your appointment, you will be charged a No Show fee of 100% of your pre-desired scheduled service.
Refund Policy
Esteem Beauty Boutique & Define Gi Beauty reserve the right to decline refunds. If at any time the client pays up front for a desired service and forfeits the reserved appointment, amounts charged will not be refunded nor will a credit be applied. If at any time the client is dissatisfied after receiving their desired service, clients have the right to request a store credit at the Estheticians discretion.
For wedding makeup terms, please refer to your Bridal Package that has been emailed, or please request a copy to be sent to you. For additional terms please refer below before booking any service.
Additional Charges
Any services that are held before or after shop hours will have an hourly rate of $50 per hour added additionally to the service the client has selected. Travel rates will be charged at $25 per every 15 miles to and from the destination on behalf of the client. If the artist decides to use Uber/ Lyft on in order to travel for client services, the client will be responsible for the travel fees.Additional terms
Consent to disclose any possible allergies that may conflict with your lash extension procedure.
Consent to remove your contact lenses as recommended by your Lash Tech in order to prevent any possibility of fumes becoming trapped under the lens which could cause a corneal abrasion.
Consent to disclose if you are using Thyroid medications; use of these medications will result in lash extensions to not stay.
Consent to disclose if you are under chemotherapy; use of medications required may result in a reaction with lash extensions.
Consent to disclose recent Lasik surgery or other eye surgery and illness as the eyes could possibly be sensitive and irritated.
You agree to disclose if you have extremely oily skin and hair, as excessive oils will cause the extensions to release and fall.
You agree to laying down with eyes closed for up to 2 hours.
You agree to arriving to your appointment makeup free around your eyes in order to prevent any retention issues.
You agree to following all after-care instructions given by your Lash Tech in order to retain and protect your lash extensions and maintain the health of your natural lashes.You understand that failure to comply with these instructions could possibly cause unexpected circumstances that would be at your own risk.
You understand that Define Gi LLC and Esteem Beauty Boutique LLC hold the right to refuse refunds and only offer store credit options by the clients request AND the lash techs approval. Once a service is paid in full before OR after a procedure, a client will receive a store credit if procedure was not fulfilled, rescheduled, or forfeited (cancelled before receiving service).
You consent to receive lash extensions by Gina located in Esteem Beauty Boutique at your own will.
